If you experience problems during file downloading, please point your mouse on the above link (corresponding to the file of your choice) and click on the right button of the mouse (in Windows-based systems) or hold down the Ctrl-key when clicking on the mouse (in Macintosh systems) and select "Save this link as..."; then open the downloaded file with Acrobat Reader (PDF file) or with a word processor as Microsoft Word (Doc file). Acrobat Reader is a free program available for many platforms at the Adobe website.
